Swallows Rest

Stay in exquisite style & comfort

Polkanugga Farm comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests across two luxury properties. The perfect arrangement if you’re holidaying with family, yet want to have your own space.

But if you’re looking for a romantic retreat for two, either one is just perfect. There is plenty of privacy. Ideal if you simply want to escape and enjoy each other’s company for a while.

Dogs are welcome at both Swallows Rest and Poldurra too. So bring along your four-legged friend to explore this beautiful part of the world with you.

We know your furry friends are part of your family too, which is why our holiday accommodation is dog-friendly.

You’ll find a doggy welcome pack from us waiting in your holiday home. Outside we have over 12 acres of fields and woodlands for you to explore with them.

We just ask that dogs remain on leads in the communal areas and that you don’t let them on the beds or sofa without using one of our blankets.

Explore, eat and enjoy

Polkanugga Farm is nestled in the sleepy, peaceful Cornish countryside. Yet it’s just a short drive to the south Cornwall coast where you’ll discover mile upon mile of dramatic cliff paths, beautiful beaches and harbour villages lined with fisherman’s cottages.

From surfing to paddle-boarding and kyaking; cycling, hiking and horse-riding; you’ll be spoilt for choice of activities nearby.

Then there’s the food. Ice-cream, pasties, fresh seafood, fine dining to fish and chips. There’s a reason so many famous chefs love it here. Foodies are in their element in Cornwall.
